Course description

Even the most committed and successful weight loss patients sometimes lose focus, slide off track, and feel out of control. When that happens it's time for a Bariatric R.E.S.E.T. This program has been designed to help you stop, regroup, correct bad habits, and implement YOUR go to plan.


A new session will be 'unlocked' for you each day for 5 days and you will have 30 days to complete the program. Once you register, you will be given contact information to connect with your personal Bariatric R.E.S.E.T. Coach, who will support you throughout your program to help you stay accountable to your commitments.

Lifetime Management of your weight requires the design and implementation of a customized plan.  A plan that is uniquely yours, one you can rely upon, at anytime, in any situation and one that you know will work for you without fail.

 Program includes: 

 5 daily audio meditations to help you focus

Educational modules to learn more about yourself and your unique metabolism

Strategies and tips for creating and implementing your perfect meal plans 

Exercise Motivations for 3 days of Aerobic and 2 days of Strength Training 

Private Facebook group for discussion and support

2 one-on-one sessions with your Bariatric RESET Coach to support you throughout your program and help you stay accountable to your commitments.

Lots of valuable information in which I read before perhaps, the meditation video did work in this day and can video be added to include some of the information I read I'm a visual learner things stick better when I listen and view at the same time
