The parts that I liked about this course was the questions that one should ask themselves. Such as: "Why should I exercise?, What stops me from exercising?, what makes me exercise one day over not getting my exercise done on another day?" I changed the last question a little to ask, " What or How was I success for to get my exercise completed yesterday?" Liked the Jar Ideas: Just Do It or Just Did It... Also when asked, How often should I exercise? The answer was Great! "How often do you eat?"
